We appreciate your comments, suggestions, and criticisms. We strive to offer you the Best Service with Happy Enthusiasm, and if YOU are not HAPPY - We are not Happy. We looked at what customers said about wanting us to service their BBQ as well as cleaning them. We now service and repair most BBQs. To those that their BBQ just was not worth cleaning and repairing, they wished we sold BBQs - well we now sell Saber Grills and Green Mountain Grills. As for criticism, well no one has criticised the service, except for the above mentioned items. Our company can only grow and improve if our customers tell us if something was not right or acceptable.

I thought the service was unique and could not find another company that offered BBQ grill cleaning. The level of service was more than I expected. Dennis was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about grills and cleaning grills. He even offered some tips on what to look for in a good BBQ which I have passed on to friends and family. Dennis arrived as scheduled. He did not rush to clean our grill. He was detailed and thorough with the clean. Yes, I would and have referred this business to friends and family. Yes, I am very satisfied with the results and service by The Busy Backyard Beaver!

The service was great. I was able to book an appointment and they came out within 4 days. It is great that I do not need to be home for Dennis to stop by and clean my BBQ. I was very surprised to find this service was available, and was not sure what to expect, so I did some research online and was glad to find a website for this service. The cleaning was excellent. I had not deep cleaned my grill in many years, and when I did, it did not come anywhere near as clean as when Dennis cleaned it. It looked like a new grill. Dennis was great to deal with. He explained to me some of the problems with my grill, and I was able to fix some of the problems that I had no idea even existed. He clearly explained what he was going to do and left a document with a checklist of items that were checked and cleaned. Very knowledgeable in the operation of a BBQ and suggested some maintenance to perform to keep it in top shape. I was able to book The Busy Backyard Beaver within one week. Absolutely, and I already have. My neighbour saw someone cleaning my BBQ and inquired, and I highly recommended The Busy Backyard Beaver. Overall, I was very happy with the service and results of my BBQ cleaning.
